This hike started with an email from Meg annoucing her retirement. She has decided to stay home and take care of Chenoa. A phone call and she was in. I decided to send an email to our other hiking buddy.	Meg, Shelley and I have been on many hikes. It had been a few years since we had hiked together. Chenoa is a new addition to the group. She made the trip without a whimper. Although, She did pull Megs hair a few times!
At the time, Shelley was in Munich, Germany, but her email response said, "Don't leave without me"	Looking out over the Champlain Valley towards New York state reminded us why we love living in Vermont.
The Trilliums carpeted the forest floor, the trail was a little muddy and the wind was fairly strong. The views from the top were clear and bright	Just one more group photo! More Hikes to come from John, Shelley, Meg and Chenoa
